Preheat oven to 450F (320C) and gather all of your ingredients together for the dough.

In a large bowl, combine yeast, water, sugar, olive oil & herbs. Stir in the flour slowly until the dough comes together to form a ball. Don’t overwork!

Let the dough rise for 1 hour at room temperature in a draft-free place like a microwave or oven that is off. Dough should roughly triple in size.
