A more filling caprese salad!

To make the pesto, just blend all of the ingredients together. Add the salt last, after you have tasted it, since the parmesan already makes it salty.
Add the pesto to the cooked quinoa and mix well. Slice the tomatoes. To plate up, serve the quinoa first. Add the tomatoes, sprinkle them with salt.
Break the burrata with your fingers & spread it over the salad. Drizzle with olive oil & add some basil leaves.
