This is a take on the classic British dish of sausages baked in Yorkshire Pudding that's usually served with an onion gravy and mashed potatoes.

Gather ingredients and preheat oven to 425F.

In blender, combine flour, milk, eggs, melted butter and salt. Blend until smooth.

Use an oven proof 10" skillet (12" would be better) and heat up olive oil. Brown sausage for a few minutes & then add onions to slightly soften.
