Place the yeast & the warm water in the bowl of the stand mixer. Let it stand for 5 min. Warm up the milk & then add the matcha. Mix well.

Grease a baking dish. Warm up the dulce de leche a bit. This will make it easier to spread it. Divide the dough into 4 pieces.

Roll 1 piece into a thin rectangle. Spread some dulce de leche on top. Then roll it tight lengthwise.
