You get to stomp on these no-bake truffles in order to make them! They're easy and can be decorated to suit any celebration. Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Mint Oreo Truffles

Instructions

Step 1

Snap the cookies in half or in quarters and toss them into a gallon size ziplock bag.

Zip the bag and smash! Step on it, squeeze it in your hands, use a potato masher. Do anything to break the Oreos into tiny pieces.

Dump the cookies into a bowl and add the cream cheese in chunks. Mix with your hands till a solid, even ball is created. It's messy!

Grab a spoonful of the mixture and roll into a ball with your hands.

Place on a dish and pop them into the freezer for 30 minutes. I made tiny ones for my 1 year old. :)

Place white chips in a bowl and melt in the microwave. Start at 30 seconds, stir and then 15 seconds each time till they're smooth. Add green dye.
