Line a 9 x 9 baking pan with parchment paper; set aside. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well; set aside.

In a small sauce pan melt the peanut butter and honey on medium heat. Once melted remove the mixture from heat and combine with dry ingredients. MIX WELL. Using a spatula firmly press into the baking pan.
