Soak long grain glutinous rice in water overnight. Meanwhile, mix ground pork and finely chopped napa, onions, green onions, garlic, ginger, cilantro.

Add soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper, and egg. Mix well. You can cover bowl in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight if waiting on rice to soak.
