For our Wet Hot American Summer post, we created classic camp recipes. In this one, we upped our grilled cheese game by doubling our cheese coverage.

Instructions

Step 1

Butter one side of each piece of bread. On the opposite side of one of the slices, spread some Dijon mustard.

Heat a nonstick pan on medium low. Sprinkle some of the cheese into the pan and let it begin to melt.

Lay the buttered side of the slice of bread with mustard on the opposite side onto the melted cheese. Pile more cheese on top, but reserve some.
