I call this a "cookie" because of the shape - easy to bring around and snack on the go! The texture is more chewy, like a granola bar.

Ingredients

Instructions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, add the oats, nuts and shredded coconut and stir to mix.

Melt the coconut oil and let it cool slightly. Add it into the mix. Add in the remaining ingredients one at a time, with the honey/maple syrup last

Using a cookie cutter or ring, make cookie rounds with the mix. Be sure to pack it in tight or else it will fall apart
