Heat pan to med-high then place sliced polish sausage in pan. Reduce heat and turn occasionally as they begin to brown. Remove from heat once cooked.

Heat pan to med-high and add butter, then potatoes. Once potatoes begin to brown and bottom forms a crust, flip over keeping whole shape in tact.
