Campari tomatoes are perfectly juicy and sweet. (Only $.79 per lb. at my local market!) I love the way they go with fresh herbs, especially tarragon.

Tarragon Chive Tomato Salad

Ingredients

Instructions

Step 1

Slice the Campari tomatoes in half. Extract leaves from tarragon and discard stems.

Give the tarragon leaves a rough chop. Finely chop the chives. Add both to the tomatoes in the bowl.
