Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine almond paste, almond meal almond extract and sugar in a mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer to beat. Mixture will be clumpy.

Add egg white and beat until well combined.

Spread almond slices in a shallow dish or plate. Roll 1.5 tbsp sized dough into a ball. Roll out ball into a log shape onto almond slices.
