Sautéed Collard Greens & Corn

Wash collard greens well then cut of the protruding large stem. Place on cutting board then cut thick center vein out of each leaf.

Stack the de-veined leaves and fold them in half. Cut the leaves into 1 - 1 1/2 inch pieces.

In a pot, add cut leaves and 3-4 cups of water. Cover and boil for 15-20 mins depending on how soft you want the greens to feel.

In a pan, add butter and oil. Let this heat for about 30 seconds till all the butter has melted.
