Mushroom Marsala Burger Steak

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 350F. Wash green beans and potatoes. Dice the potatoes and season both with salt, pepper, garlic powder and fine herbs. Toss in olive oil and line them in a baking sheet. Once oven is set, bake them for 15 minutes. Removing the green beans after 9-10 minutes in.

In a large bowl. Mix in minced garlic, salt, pepper, fine herbs, plain breadcrumbs, egg, and ground beef. Make 4 patties.

Place your skillet on a medium heat and heat up olive oil. Fry patties 10 minutes on each side. I love using Campbell's sauces, they are always good for a quick fix meals like this one! This is a sauce for chicken marsala but why not?

As a last minute request, Jan took out the fresh mozzarella from the fridge and gave it to me. So again, why not? One of the best things about cooking together is learning to be creative along the way. Don't be afraid to try and mix up new things, sometimes you'll never know until you tried it! 😉

The potatoes and green beans should be done and ready. As you can see in this photo the beans are not as bouncy and crunchy as one might want (still very good though 😉) I would then suggest steaming or boiling them with a little bit of salt or just remove them after 10 minutes from the oven. Enjoy~
