These healthy protein cookies are made with chickpea flour, coconut oil, agave syrup & mandarins. Very addictive!

Instructions

Step 1

Just mix all of the ingredients until well combined. Cover with Plastic film & let it sit in the freezer for 30min. Then preheat the oven to 350F.

Grab about 1tsp of the dough, form a ball & then flatten it. Place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Repeat for all. Bake for 6 to 7min.
