For all you pork lovers out there, learn how to make thit kho (coconut braised pork) and chao (rice porridge) for an authentic Vietnamese breakfast!

Thit kho: heat pan on med-high, add oil, then pork. Once pork is brown, add sliced onions & minced garlic, then a pinch of sugar for caramelization.
