Boil Beansprouts in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and run under cold water for 30 seconds.

Mixing occurs in 3 separate steps. Add ground beef, garlic, salt, sesame oil and a generous pinch of pepper in a big mixing bowl. Mix well.

Wet the wrapper edge, add 1-2 tbsp of meat mixture, fold wrapper in half and pinch the sides. Wet one corner and pinch the corners together.
