You can have this ready to cook in under 10 minutes and be surprised at how great it tastes with such little effort! Busy weeknight dinner, anyone?

Chop the chicken into bite size pieces. You can marinate in plain yogurt for 30 minutes, if you'd like (I didn't this time).
Heat olive oil on medium in skillet. Chop the onion, mince the garlic and ginger and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add the tomato paste, garam masala, paprika and salt. Stir to combine and then turn off heat.
Combine chicken, can of diced tomatoes and onion mixture in your slow cooker. Turn on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours. Keep covered.
Once there's 20 minutes left, stir in the heavy cream and keep uncovered for a thicker sauce. Now is a great time to cook the rice, too.
Serve the chicken tikka on top of the rice and garnish with fresh cilantro!
