Instead of using chicken, cauliflower works as a healthier alternative. It's extremely delicious and kids friendly as well. Perfect snack!

Malaysian Roasted Cauliflower

Instructions

Step 1

Trim off leaves and any brown spots, then separate cauliflower into smaller pieces. Wash it and pat dry with paper towel.


Step 2

Place cauliflower in a mixing bowl, and add salt, Malaysian Satay seasoning, lemon juice and olive oil. Toss it together.


Step 3

Preheat oven at 375F (190C). Transfer cauliflower on a roasting pan or baking pan lined with parchment paper/mat. Keep it in a single layer.


Step 4

After roasting for about 30 minutes, turn cauliflower on the other side or shake a pan a bit. Let it cook for 20-30 more minutes. Turn the BROILER ON high for just a minute or so on the very end for extra crunch. If there is any moisture place cauliflower on the paper towel for a couple of minutes.


Step 5

Serve and enjoy!!!
