This is our favourite granola! It has heartiness (oats), crunch (almonds), chew (dried fruit) and is naturally sweetened. I always make double!

Step 2

Blend the softened dates and all the wet ingredients together until you have a thick, smooth "sauce".

Step 3

Pour that luscious sauce all over the dry ingredients and mix well. (Oops did you see that stubborn half date lump at the end? Oh well someone's getting a little surprise with their granola 🙈)

Step 4

I dare you not to lick that sauce off your spatula!

Step 5

Place mixture on 2 parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake for about 1 hr, stirring every 15 min. Depending on your oven and baking sheet (dark ones cook faster!), bake time may be 15 min less OR more to reach golden brown; check every 5-10 min from the 45-min mark. Cool 2hrs & store in airtight jars.

Enjoy alone as a snack, in milk like cereal or as a topping on smoothie bowls and desserts. I hope you love it as much as we do!
