Whatever you call this dish (qofte, kafta, or kefta), I just love how fragrant it is. My version is a southwest Asian inspired & perfect for picnics.

Ingredients

Serves 4

Instructions

Step 1

Combine together all of the ingredients except the egg.

Roll mixture into logs about 2 1/2" long and 1" in diameter. You'll have around 12 pieces.
