Super Simple Chickpea Curry

Ingredients

Instructions

Step 1

In a saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, spices (ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, curry) & tomato paste. Cook for about 30 seconds

Add broth and chickpeas. Bring to boil and simmer for 15 minutes covered.
