Ginger-Sesame Baby Bok Choy

Step 1

Cut Bok Choy to separate leaves and soak in water 10-15 minutes to remove any dirt.

Separate the stem from the leaf and cut the leaf to desired size. Set the stem aside, this will be cooked first. I prefer cutting the leaf into 4 pieces but you can keep them whole or cut them.

In a skillet, add 2 tbs olive oil and stir fry the Bok Choy stem and raw ginger for approximately 10 minutes. Depending on the stem size it may take longer or quicker to cook
