Here's a favourite dish of mine inspired by Spanish tapas for weeknights that can be whipped up in a flash and served with rice, noodles or bread

Garlic and Basil Shrimp

Ingredients

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients. Heat oil in a pan and cook the shrimps until cooked through and turns orange-pink

Set the shrimps aside. In the same pan, using the remaining oil, add the garlic and red pepper flakes and sauté for 2-3 minutes but not browning
