Who doesn't love a good chicken broth soup? I made mine with this chili ginger chicken broth to add some asian flavours that works well in a ramen!

Chili Ginger Chicken Broth

Step 1

Peel the carrot and smash the lemongrass with the back of a knife. Chop all the vegetables in fairly big chunks. Put the chicken in a big pot and pour the vegetables and the water over it. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 45 minutes to one hour.

Take out the chicken from the broth and and filter the broth to bowl. Peel of the meat from the chicken. Now you have an amazing broth to use in soup or curries. You can also freese it in portion sizes to use whenever! I used mine in a Chili Ginger Chicken soup pictured above!
